A full redesign for a therapy practice that deserved a site as thoughtful as the work they do. We replaced a dated template with a clean, warm design that sounds like Elly — and actually moves people to book.

The old Confluence website had been sitting untouched since 2022. It had a template design, copy that could’ve belonged to any therapy practice in the country, and a navigation with six competing links that made it hard to land anywhere with confidence.
None of that matched who Elly actually is — direct, a little funny, genuinely invested in the people she works with.
We started by stripping everything back. One clear idea per page. Copy written to sound like a real person runs this practice, because one does. A layout that creates room to breathe instead of filling every pixel with information. And a structure with one job: move someone from I’ve been meaning to look into therapy to actually booking an appointment.
The result is a site that feels like walking into the office — warm, unhurried, and confident in what it’s offering.
